Track and Field
The Hening Athletic Association Track and Field Program is a youth development program with the focus of introducing athletes to the sport of track and field while developing self-confidence, good work ethics, and emphasizing the importance of academic achievement.
Our goal is to improve individual performance through comprehensive training and instruction for all athletes. (Beginning athletes and experienced athletes wanting to go to the next level.)
Our coaches have a passion for working with young athletes, are dedicated, and have a background in sports at all levels; youth, high school and collegiate.
We want to empower our Student Athletes to achieve their highest potential on and off the track.
The success of this program will not depend entirely on our gifted athletes and coaches, but also on the participation and contributions we receive from our volunteers, parents, and sponsors. We thank you in advance for your support.
